Install AccountMap.ai

Connect AccountMap.ai to your HubSpot portal in under two minutes.

AccountMap.ai connects directly to your HubSpot portal. You don’t need to create an account, configure API keys, or sync any data — once the app is connected, the card reads directly from your existing HubSpot contacts, companies, and engagements.

Before you start

You’ll need:

  • A HubSpot portal on Sales Hub Starter or higher (or Sales Hub free with associated contacts enabled).
  • The Super Admin role, or a user role with permission to install apps. If you don’t have it, ask your HubSpot admin to run through these steps — it’s a one-time click.
  • Two minutes.

You do not need to pre-create any contacts, tag any deals, or change existing workflows. AccountMap.ai reads what’s already in your CRM.

Install the app

  1. Click Install App to open the HubSpot install flow.
  2. If you belong to more than one HubSpot portal, pick the portal you want to install into.
  3. Review the scopes and click Connect app.

That’s it — HubSpot will bounce you back and show a confirmation. AccountMap.ai now appears under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps.

About the scopes

AccountMap.ai requests read-only access to the data it needs to build the map:

  • crm.objects.contacts.read — to show the people associated with a company.
  • crm.objects.companies.read — to read company names and domains.
  • crm.objects.deals.read — to understand which deals each contact touches.
  • Engagement read scopes — to count emails, calls, and meetings for the Activity tab and engagement grid.

AccountMap.ai never requests write scopes. It cannot modify your contacts, send emails, or change deal stages.

Troubleshooting

The Install button doesn’t do anything, or HubSpot blocks the install. Your user role doesn’t have permission to install apps. Ask a Super Admin to run the install link, or have them grant you the permission under Settings → Users & Teams.

I installed it but don’t see anything on my Company records. The app is connected, but you still need to add the card to the record view. Continue to Add the card to a Company record.

I have multiple portals and picked the wrong one. Uninstall from the wrong portal under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps, then re-run the install flow and pick the correct portal.
